Import Rides takes the bike's own .bcl files, the ones Kickstart
downloads over the bike's WiFi. Pick every chunk of a ride together
(…_0.bcl, …_1.bcl, …) — the bike splits a long
ride into several and they only make one ride if they all arrive.

is sent to any third party and there is no tracking script on the page.
The Strava segments you sit in the top ten on, with
each leaderboard and your own row marked. Everyone else is initials.

from says which. A blank box means they can't; tick to allow.
Ground is which riding they see and tier how far up the
edit tools they go. All three now decide what the server actually
hands over, not just what the page shows: a tier can only ever ADD to
the ticks, an unset tier grants nothing, and someone narrowed to one
discipline is not sent the other one at all.
